Exchange & Refund Policy

At Marx Clothings , we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 14-day exchange/refund policy.

Eligibility for Exchange / Refund

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags must be intact.
The product must be free from any scent, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
The item must be in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange / Refund

To initiate the process:

Our team will ask for clear pictures of the product and the tags.
Once verified and approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping steps. Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Once your return is approved, your exchange will be processed:

No Delivery Charges: We will bear the delivery charges for the exchange.
0 COD: Exchange orders will be delivered with no extra delivery costs.
Price Adjustment: If you exchange for a product with a different price, the difference will be adjusted (either refunded to you or charged) accordingly.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse, we will notify you on WhatsApp.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your provided Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Refunds are typically completed within 2–3 working days after approval.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

A damaged garment.
A defective product (stitching issues, fabric flaws).
The wrong size or color. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue with a priority replacement.

Important Conditions

We may not accept exchange/refund requests in the following cases:

Request made after 14 days of delivery.
Product is washed, used, or stained.
Original tags are removed.
Item returned without prior approval from our WhatsApp support.
